Teatro Project

Alcácer Cine Theatre was for decades an important icon to Alcácer do Sal, where the original architectural project, by Amílcar Pinto, dates from 1948.

With the purpose of rehabilitating the old cine theater and turning it into a residential building, this project challenges the white-washed look of the city and ambitions to stand out with elegance and sophistication.

With unique and unrepeatable spaces, the 13 modern apartments will benefit of private swimming pools, a large interior garden with cinema, a store, a restaurant, parking space and breathtaking views.

The project will have two commercial stores on the ground floor and a set of six one-bedroom apartments on the first floor. The 2nd and 3rd floors will have seven two-bedroom duplex apartments distributed around the central patio.
