Bonte Filipidis™ is first and foremost the story of two best friends who have shared over 25 years of friendship.
Alexandra Bonte and James Filipidis are passionate about architecture, design, and have a strong love of esthetics. Above all, they are fueled by the long term trust-based relationships they create with theirs clients, thanks to their transparency, dedication and true love of making each and every client happy. The Bonte Filipidis™ mission is to deliver a fully bespoke service for each of our clients, regardless of their budget and adhering to their specific requirements. Our tailored property search for clients goes beyond our large portfolio of private owners and developers to help you find the perfect property investment. We offer our clients a fully customised relocation service and can assist with Golden Visas, NHR schemes and residency status.

Alexandra Victoria Bonte
Alexandra fell in love with Portugal the moment she first visited in spring 2011. Exploring Lisbon, she came across the multitude of beautiful empty buildings on charming streets and instantly realized the opportunity that lay before her. Using her MBA she began to study every aspect of real estate and build a strong network of industry experts and potential clients.
In January 2014, having previously lived in seven different countries and speaking five languages fluently, Alexandra relocated to Portugal to establish Bonte Filipidis™ as a real estate development company. In 2016, faced with undeniable market changes, but equipped with a solid understanding and faith in the potential of Portugal for both investors and expats, Alexandra successfully pivoted the company to incorporate residential real estate.
Alexandra lives in Cascais with her young family where they spend as much time in nature as possible. She enjoys training her horses, outdoor sports, quantum meditation, yoga, languages, planning events and charity fundraising.
James Filipidis
With French & British roots and a global vision, James has a prestigious academic background with an MBA from ISG Paris, a Bachelor of Business Administration, complemented by a strong knowledge and passion for art, fashion and architecture. A true connoisseur, with a wealth of experience in an international business environment, James is extremely client, performance and results-oriented.
Bilingual and bicultural in English and French, he is also fluent in Spanish and working hard on his Portuguese. James is passionate about Portugal, especially its beautiful capital Lisbon and beach town of Comporta, where his keen eye for art, architecture and interior design has helped to establish him as a key real estate figure in these areas, and an invaluable asset to Bonte Filipidis™.
James lives in between Estoril and Comporta, enjoying both city and country life. He loves traveling around Portugal trying to find the next top investment locations, buying, renovating and reselling unique properties, as well as training his showjumping horses.
